Is it possible to update MultiCore AntiVirus & AntiSpyware from local folder?

Upon uninstalling MultiCore AntiVirus & AntiSpyware there are still some elements remaining on the disk or registry. How can one remove them?

I have several operating systems on my computer. I would like to install MultiCore AntiVirus & AntiSpyware with the same key on all of them. Is it a violation of license agreement?
